General terms of use of the Site, general rules and legal responsibilities in relation thereto


It is recommended that the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules and legal responsibilities set out below, be read before using barifit.com.tr.
Please do not use the barifit.com.tr site if the stated terms are not suitable for you. By using the site and filling out the form with your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.




1. Rules of Use and Security
barifit.com.tr is open to all members. The services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated.


In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following attempts:


1.a. Registration of false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, information containing expressions that do not comply with the general rules of morality and contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey


1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the site content


1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of information such as usernames, passwords and usage rights given to the Users or determined by them with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the User). Likewise, the User may not use personal information such as IP address, e-mail address, user name belonging to someone else on the Internet, nor may the User access or use the private information of other users without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.


1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the Site, preventing the operation of the Site and the software used, performing or attempting to perform activities and obtaining, deleting, changing information

3. Responsibilities


3a. The information of users who visit barifit.com.tr (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to serve them better. This information is shared with the companies we cooperate with in terms of advertising, etc. in order to expand and improve the content, adhering to confidentiality terms. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered by the site to its users and to improve barifit.com.tr.


3.b. After the barifit.com.tr user fills in the sections required for registration and confirms his e-mail address, he can start using the barifit.com.tr.com site by entering his e-mail address and password, provided that he complies with the terms specified in this agreement.


3.c. While using the barifit.com.tr website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws and legal regulations on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that barifit.com.tr will publish regarding its services. Any legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise due to these notices and illegal use belongs to the User.


3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on the barifit.com.tr site, the User may be prevented from benefiting from barifit.com.tr for a period of time or indefinitely by barifit.com.tr and / or his account may be closed.


3.e. The User may not take actions that prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use barifit.com.tr, and may not install automatic programs and force/lock servers or databases. It cannot attempt to cheat. If found, it accepts that its membership will be terminated and accepts any legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.




3.g. The User may not delete or remove Copyright, Trademark and all kinds of notes under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from barifit.com.tr.


3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via barifit.com.tr. The login authorization of the user who terminates his/her membership will be canceled. The person who cancels his/her membership agrees that this process is irreversible.


3.j. The relations of the users of the Site with each other or with third parties are under their responsibility.


3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the Site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.


3.n. Please read the "Privacy Policy" section to read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this subject.


3.o The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in the purchases to be made through the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from them belong to him.






7. Notification Addresses


7.a. barifit.com.tr does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the electronic mail address that the user notifies to barifit.com.tr.com is considered as the electronic mail where the legal address will be requested for any notification to be made regarding this agreement.


7.b. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of changes in their existing electronic mails within 3 (three) days, they agree that requests to the old electronic mails will be valid and deemed to be made to them.


7.c. Again, any notification to be made by barifit.com.tr using the registered e-mail address of the user shall be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the electronic mail is sent by barifit.com.tr.com. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he / she has read, understood, accepted all of the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information he / she has provided about himself / herself.
