WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

Pursuant to Law No. 6052 on the Protection of Consumers; If the product you purchased through our site is defective, you must contact us from the online support section on our page or our contact numbers within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the product will be replaced with a new one when you deliver the products that meet the warranty criteria (protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package, etc. are not opened) to us by contracted cargo companies.



RETURN CONDITIONS:

In accordance with Law No. 6052 on the Protection of Consumers; The consumer has the right to return within 14 (fourteen) days without any justification and without penalty. As stated in the exceptions to the right of withdrawal section, the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery are not suitable for health and hygiene and are not accepted for return.
